At ITRAIN, we meet you where you are — whether you’re chasing a championship, building strength, or simply looking to feel better in your own skin. We combine elite-level training with real-world approachability, creating a space where hard work is respected and progress is inevitable.
With over a decade of experience in both wrestling and coaching, I’ve walked nearly every path my clients now travel. I’ve cut 20 pounds in 12 days, bulked nearly 40 pounds in 30, and learned the hard way what works—and what doesn’t. I’ve helped athletes dial in their in-season weight cuts, pack on muscle in the off-season, and supported everyday people in overcoming sedentary habits to reclaim their health.
The truth is, none of this came easy to me. I’ve lifted the weights, won the matches, and made just about every mistake along the way. My mission now is simple: help as many people as possible reach their goals without the guesswork, setbacks, or injuries I faced. Let’s build a clear, proven path to your success—together.

How Coach Caleb Changed my Life
“Caleb, my high school wrestling coach/friend, really helped me develop myself not only as a wrestler, but as a man. Caleb always pushed me to be the best version of myself while also dedicating a hefty amount of time towards me and my teammates. He taught me how to fall in love with the grind, appreciate the smaller things in life, but also how to be present in the moment. Caleb was my coach but he was also my friend. I could always go to him to talk about anything personal but he would also give me great advice that would drastically help the way I think about things. While getting private lessons from Coach Caleb he helped me in a tremendous amount with improving in wrestling but not only in wrestling. Caleb helped build my character not only as a wrestler but as an all around good person. Coach would always start our practices with setting goals this helped my mental aspect of the sport and taught me that wrestling wasn’t only about being a great wrestler it was about believing that you were great and what it took to be great. He taught me some of my favorite moves that I still use to this day. At the end of each practice we would do a recap of the goals we set in the beginning of practice and he would ask you how you planned to achieve those goals. These are just a few examples of what Coach Caleb did to help improve not only my wrestling but also my character and drive to be great.
